- Set up Bay Transfers in 2010 with son Paul Cumpsty (Jnr) after leaving the security industry which he had been in for many years.
- Manages all the bookings for the cars.

When not driving for a living, Paul (Snr) enjoys even more driving for pleasure. He also really enjoys cooking, playing golf and walking with the dogs. He also has 3 grandchildren that keep him active with the various activities he gets roped into. (Travelling is also a big passion!)
