A. Yes we can supply car/booster seats or we can use your own seats if you prefer and store them for you till the return journey.
A. Cash is the easiest and preferred option for most customers but we can accept bank transfers and we could also raise PayPal invoices if required. (Please note that Paypal payments will incur a surcharge due to fees charged)

Yes, car parking charges are all included in the price quoted and there are no extra charges unless we have been given wrong return date or flight numbers and have attended airport early or on the wrong date as a result. It is very rare but passengers can get confused with arrival dates when flying overnight and leaving on one date and arriving on another so please do double check the information you provide us with.
A. We will make a courtesy call to you a couple of days before departure to double check all information is correct and unchanged.

A. We track all flights live online to ensure we are there on time for you landing. There are no extra costs to customers for delayed flights.
A. Your driver will be waiting in the location mentioned at the time of dropping you off. He will have an iPad displaying your name and our company name for convenience.
A. Yes, we can provide transport to any UK destination for either personal or business.
A. Our fleet is made up of an 8-passenger seat minibus, two 7 seat minibuses and 4-passenger seated cars.
A. Yes, in 2015 we purchased a Mercedes E220 Estate and in 2016 we purchased a Mercedes Vito that have both been granted exemption by Lancaster City Council from having to display any taxi related signage / plates.
A. Yes, all of our vehicles are tested by LCC every 6 months and all of our drivers undergo regular medical examinations and are regularly CRB checked.
